My property manager Jose was the best to work with. He always listened to my concerns and followed through to make it right. Living at Del Web is a dream come true .”

I just closed on my new (construction) villa, and am very pleased with the entire process! The community is beautiful and the neighbors I’ve met so far are incredibly nice! The Pulte team really work hard at providing the best service at every step! I feel (and felt) like a valued customer by everyone, including the (new) HOA team. Definitely happy that I selected this community!
We are very pleased with all the Del Webb folks we have been available for our service. From sales, builder, design and warranty, we are very pleased. Oliver has been very reponsive to all our issues from day one through the first year. While we are pleased with the product, we are a bit concerned as Oasis goes from the builder phase to being turned over to self governance. As we near the end, we definitely get the impression Pulte is not as customer oriented as they were in the beginning. As we near the end, we definitely get the impression Pulte is not as customer oriented as they were in the beginning. This is a wonderful community. Have made a number of great friends in our first year. The builder did a beautiful job and warranty issues have been handled in a timely and professional manner. A shout out to Jason for that terrific outcome! We look forward to many happy years in our Del Webb Oasis community. It's obvious that a good bit of the Disney pixie dust floats over and lands on the happy and grateful residents of Oasis.
Del Webb Oasis in Winter Garden is one of my favorite 55+ active adult communities in Central Florida. Every time I visit, I’m impressed by how beautifully it’s designed and how much it truly feels like a resort. The clubhouse is stunning and offers everything you could want—state-of-the-art fitness center, resort-style pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and walking trails that are perfect for enjoying Florida’s sunshine. There are also so many social activities and clubs, which makes it easy for residents to connect and build lasting friendships. The homes themselves are thoughtfully designed with open layouts, modern finishes, and smart features. Whether you’re looking to downsize or enjoy a low-maintenance lifestyle, Del Webb offers beautiful options that feel both stylish and comfortable. What I love most about this community is the lifestyle—it’s vibrant, welcoming, and full of opportunities to stay active and engaged. Plus, the location couldn’t be better: close to Disney, great shopping, dining, and medical facilities, while still offering peace and tranquility inside the gates. This is a beautiful set up. The models are very nice. The 55 +area is pricey.
