She had plenty of friends and activities and the staff was always nice. Even when it came time to move Mom out, Danielle and the rest of the staff communicated well and made the process simple & painless.
I had moved my mother out after issues with poor maintenance of the facility overall (downed lights, goose poop all over the place without being cleaned), bugs in the apartment, and food quality so poor that many residents complained about it. I was also concerned about safety and things not being taken care of until after issues happened. For example, a lock was placed on a gate to the lake area only after a resident drowned and literally floated past my mom's apartment. On the positive side, most of the staff is incredibly nice and attentive.
nice assisted living facility. I like it’s all on ground floor. The outside walk ways are covered which is nice for shade and rain .. Friendly professional staff. Nice water views…I think it’s a good value.

The staff screws the consumer. My paralyzed father lives here, and they are trying to evict while he’s waiting on his Medicaid. Not to mention, they recently had us move him to a smaller room because it would be more “cost effective” They went on to raise his rent after moving him to a smaller room

Very nice facility, friendly staff the residents seemed happy and interacting. Prices were very good as well

Kristen was very professional and informative while giving us a tour of Wyndham lakes. I really think my mom will enjoy the memory care unit with the outside section that she can access on her own.
