3.0 · 2 reviewsI’ve had my mom there since Nov and I have to say, they are very attentive and affectionate. My mom has dementia and she needed daily supervision. The moment I went there I knew she was gonna feel good and be in good hands. If you are looking for nurturing and attentiveness this is the place. With this being the hardest decision we had to make, A load was lifted from us when we knew she liked it and how well she fitted in. Great facility!
The employees here talk a good story, but there's no follow through. We left instructions, along with pills, boost, and a few other things the doctor had ordered, but none of these things were done/given to him. Additionally, he told us that all they got to eat was beans and rice, beans and rice, every day. Since he's not to far gone, we tend to believe him given the FACTS of the above. (they gave us back the bag we left - untouched) Will NOT take him back there and will NOT recommend this place.
