Most of the strong and amazing people who work in and around healthcare, and especially those who choose to work with the elderly and disabled are some of the strongest and most compassionate individuals I've encountered. Steven, who operates this business is not that. I was very shocked at the manner in which he spoke. Once I realized the type of person I was speaking with, I politely asked to get off the phone. No resources were provided, and once he realized how rude he was being, he just tried to backtrack his words. I would never want anyone to experience this as they are looking for help for their family. What began as a supportive conversation felt noticeably more dismissive, which was difficult during an already emotional situation. I am writing this review because I believe the families reaching out are often in vulnerable positions and deserve honesty, respect and care. I see many of the reviews here which Steven asks for by the way, aren’t real experiences that people have had with him. If you care about your family, please find somewhere else.
