Our father enjoys the food and the views from the balcony. Thank you to Westminster third floor team . Our family is at peace as we know our father is safe and well cared for.
The family of Mary S would like to express our appreciation for the wonderful care she received while a resident for the past 8 years. Westminster Towers became her home and the staff treated her like family. Our Guardian Angel, Vickie, was always available for any and all questions and became a family friend as well. We thank her for her love and care for mom. Our Hospice nurse Eleanor and Pastor John were our rock when we needed it both spiritually and understanding Mary’s journey.
Pamela Roby who was our sales person was always amazing to work with, absolutely no complaints with her or anything she said/did. BUT after almost 2 years of mom residing there and faithfully paying on time and doing everything we could to make people who worked there lives’ easier, it came time to move mom out of state to be closer to family. Their attitude and helpfulness changes then! Especially, the WTO Administrator, Jennifer Collins, she became absolutely ugly to work with, wanting to change the rules on us last minute us as to moving out procedures, blaming us for things that were not…

Especially, the WTO Administrator, Jennifer Collins, she became absolutely ugly to work with, wanting to change the rules on us last minute us as to moving out procedures, blaming us for things that were not our fault, and just made it so difficult to leave on a positive note. Didn’t even have the elevators reserved on moving day the way they were supposed to be. Ruined this entire experience for me. So, its great to ‘check into but you can never leave’ apparently.

Westminster Towers has been amazing for my great aunt! The staff is just really kind and down-to-earth, and you can tell they honestly care about her. The place also feels warm and friendly every time we visit, not stiff or clinical (and my aunt raves about the food and activities too). Westminster gives our whole family a lot of peace of mind. Really grateful for everything they’ve done for her.
Choosing to place my family member in an assisted living facility was one of the hardest decisions I’ve ever had to make, but Westminster Towers made that transition feel peaceful and reassuring. From day one, the staff showed us that this is more than a facility — it’s a true community that comes together for its residents. My family member loves how the team treats them with genuine respect, kindness, and love. There are always fun, engaging activities that keep them active, entertained, and socially connected. Knowing they’re safe, supported, and truly enjoying their days has given me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for Westminster Towers and the care they provide. Highly recommend

It isn't easy deciding to place a loved one in a facility. But the staff here are so kind and caring. Our whole family was put at ease. We know he's well taken care of by compassionate a skilled staff.
Upon entering the facility I seen it was very clean and well maintained and that is very important. The employees were very nice and welcoming. On the top of the list when reviewing different places for a family member.
