Hello. My names Susan. I've been resident at this company 11years. 2 at magnolia n 9 at westminster plaza. It's a lovely Sr independent low income facility. Have lots to offer in bldg exercise room rec room where many things go on like lunches games meetings party's n much more. Great place to mk friends n not feel lonely. U can't beat the price for downtown area. Close to Publix restaurants library bars shopping n of course most of its within 3 to 5 blocks. And lake eola 3 blocks down which has lots going on too n Dr Phillips n many more a r eas to entertain yourselves the apartments are newly remodeled n so is the building n much more to come. I've been happy here as I've no car n city busses are at bldg plus free transportation to various stores pick up up rt out front n another out bk of bldg. So u can shop few hours n get rides bk to the bldg 5days a week. Come join us. Staff is friendly. Mgr is accommodating. What's not to like. Come ck it out. N see for yourself. We have everything u will need to mk your stay here comfy. Ty westminster n all your staff for being so helpful n caring.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the way your property management has handled a recent apartment rental inquiry for my 83-year-old Ukrainian mother-in-law. She is a recent immigrant suffering from dementia, speaks no English, and was born in the Soviet Union. Despite these extraordinary circumstances, your team insisted that she personally complete the rental application, provide Ukrainian pension statements, and obtain a U.S. state ID and Social Security card—documents and actions that are not only irrelevant in her situation, but nearly impossible for someone in her condition to acquire. Even more baffling is the fact that I offered to pay a full year of rent in advance—in cash—to secure the apartment. I am the sole financial guarantor and caregiver, yet none of this was taken into reasonable account. Your lack of flexibility and empathy toward an elderly, vulnerable immigrant speaks volumes about your priorities and the type of environment you're fostering. These are not just poor business practices—they are dehumanizing and discriminatory. I strongly caution others to consider this experience before engaging with your properties. Based on what I've seen, I suspect there may be other serious concerns underlying this kind of rigid and thoughtless management.
