Best of all staff is knowledgeable and warm. All things you can ask for when it comes to caring for your loved one. If you ask me, it all stems from great leadership and management. Bri, has really done wonders as the Director.
This place is amazing. The room, food, activities, welcoming committee, and more, are all wonderful. Laurie helped us make the decision to stay here. Bree, Dee and Evette welcomed me so affectionately. Shanette, Nation, Clarice, Marvin, Christine, Sandra, Anya, Chen, Trey, Cathy and so many more make this experience great. I really love it here. Laurie and Cathy made sure my room was ready to be lived in by supplying me with necessary furniture and they gave me flowers when I arrived. Dee warmly interacts with me and my family, the activities are so much fun from chair volley to painting…

This place is amazing. The room, food, activities, welcoming committee, and more, are all wonderful. Laurie helped us make the decision to stay here. Laurie and Cathy made sure my room was ready to be lived in by supplying me with necessary furniture and they gave me flowers when I arrived. Dee warmly interacts with me and my family, the activities are so much fun from chair volley to painting scenes. The food? Delicious and varied. They even offer alternate meals and snacks. My meds. are a lot of work and the med techs make sure I get the right ones and on time. The doctors, Dr. Monet and Dr. Natalie are so helpful and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to call this place, home.
Laurie Turner is Heaven sent. She brightens the room whenever she is around and my family appreciates her attention to detail and care she provides. Excellent experience all around.

Westchester is a beautiful and loving environment. Each time I come to the community I feel a sense of peace . Kudos to the team and management for running a great facility . Residents down to earth just like staff .
Laurie and Cathy have been extremly helpful i love both of them they are Angels on Earth everyone is so friendly here at Westchester made me feel right at home Dee is very kind as well helped me with something i was struggling with so bad and made it easy for me i would personally like to thank these 3 ladies for all they do the care its not just a job for these ladies thank you all so very much❤️ The food is good , room is nice and the gifts so unexspected and so nice thankyou cathy you didnt have to however, it was much appreciated i have worked in healthcare for a long time so i have been in and out alot of facilitys in Jacksonville and i will say Westchester is a true Gem so if your looking for a place for yourself or a loved one i would seriously recommend them.
If you’re looking for exemplary service, great empathy and a knowledgeable staff, Westchester does not disappoint. Laurie Turner was always 2 steps ahead at every turn, making the overwhelming challenges of transitioning a loved family member to assisted living. I return home knowing my brother is in good hands in a protected environment. I am at peace!
The worst Med Staff ..They do not put on gloves when putting pills in cups.The worst Food are cold that are left over from the nursing home next door. The front door is left unlocked at night with no security.
