Broward Oaks is the best. Every issue I have had with my mom, Nirva ensures that each is addressed immediately and with care. I receive phone calls, even for notification of a scratch seen on my mom. I am called when they meet to discuss my mom and I can't attend. Broward Oaks is well kept and clean. The facility my mom was in prior did not care for my mom properly. I am glad I moved my mom to Broward Oaks just in time.

My husband and I are so grateful to have found this place. We toured many other nursing homes, however , West Broward Care, went above and beyond for us. Richard, Paulette, CJ, Hector and all the other staff are so lovely and kind. The best news, my 95 year old mother in law, seems very happy with this place. She tells me the food is good and all the people are so nice to her. Thank you West Broward Care, we so appreciate everything you’ve done for Shirley and the family. Love always, Carolyn Walker
Broward Oaks continues to be my beacon of hope when it comes to the care and compassion demonstrated daily for my father Harmon. Zev and his staff have gone above and beyond helping him and helping me secure a safe, nurturing and professional place for my father. I would be lost without the BLESSINGS bestowed on my family. Without Zev, Paulette, Samantha, Richard and so many others who have handle my dad, we would be in great despair. God bless Broward Oaks and their team and of course my father.
This place is great! My grandmother and my father in law are at this facility and the customer service has always been exceptional. Vivian from admissions has helped us with each admission of our family member and she has always been involved with any concerns or questions we may have. She truly goes above and beyond to accommodate all their needs! I am so thankful for the staff and the great care they provide.
I can't say enough good things about this nursing home! The Rehab staff was outstanding. The staff is kind and professional. The management team is always accessible. They take the time to listen and address concerns quickly. The facility is clean. Highly recommend!
I’m so thankful for the exceptional care my mom receives. The staff is professional, courteous, and always available to answer any questions I may have. They truly take the time to get to know each resident and their unique needs. The compassion they show is unmatched, and I can tell they genuinely care. I never worry about her being in the right place. I’m so happy we found this facility, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for top-notch care.
