Her wash clothes and some bras went missing. She has clothes I have never seen before, now. My mom has multiple sets of bedding, but I don't think they talk to each other, because I have told 2 people she has extra bedding in her cedar chest, but she had her Christmas sheets on for months.(They got washed, they just didn't get changed.)
I visited the Palms and was really impress with the place, is beautiful and staff is very well mannered , is like walking into a 5 stars hotel .Residents are happy and well taken care of.
A very lovely, clean facility! The staff is wonderful and it was a great transition for my loved one! I would highly recommend this place !

This is truly the best place for your loved ones. The assisted living and memory care community is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The staff is extremely attentive and genuinely cares about each resident’s needs. You can feel the compassion and dedication in everything they do. The management team is especially kind, supportive, and always willing to help. It brings great peace of mind knowing your loved one is in such caring hands. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for quality assisted living and memory care.
I’ve had the opportunity to visit the community myself. I have never seen such a nice and clean place—it’s beautiful both inside and outside. The staff here are truly amazing. The way they care for the residents is just like they would care for their own parents. From keeping everything spotless to making sure residents are well-fed and comfortable, they go above and beyond in every way. Their memory care unit is one of the best I’ve ever seen, providing compassionate and attentive care. I highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a safe, loving, and welcoming home for their loved ones
I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Palms at Plantation, and I am thoroughly impressed with the compassionate care and welcoming environment they provide for residents. Ruby, the Memory Care Director and staff members are genuinely dedicated, patient, attentive, warm and very welcoming, ensuring that each resident feels valued, comfortable and cared for. The community is beautifully maintained, with state of art amenities, calming and secure atmosphere that promotes both safety and independence. Come see for yourself, highly Recommend!
We do not know what we would have done without The Palms. Our mom is in memory care and making that transition has been very difficult. The location is always clean, beautiful, and well-maintained. The staff is always professional & they genuinely care for their residents. I have daily communication with the director of memory care, Ruby, and they are always attentive to our mothers needs; very often they go above and beyond expectations. We are extremely fortunate and grateful for the excellent care they provide.
