Our mother has been living at Jacob’s Loving Care ALF for a year very successfully. After struggling for seven years to find assisted living suited to her needs we finally found a gem. It has so many advantages over the standard housing offerings. Jacob’s staff is in constant attention to their clients. Clearly the owners (on site) and staff understand the needs and stages of aging loved ones. The staff is always helpful and communicative with clients. The facility is superlatively clean and the food is outstanding. We arrive at Jacobs unannounced and never on a schedule. All the clients are clean, fed and busy doing things. I cannot saying enough about the quality of care and it seems the smaller facility provides a more interactive and sincere environment. We love Jacobs.
Our family is grateful for the care given to our mother by all of the staff, twenty-four hours a day. Personal attention was always given that included kindness, excellent meals and concern for her overall well being. We couldn't have asked for more from an assisted living facility could offer.
My mother has moved into Jacob's Tender Loving Care Assisted Living Facility. I liked the vibe they gave me. It's more of a home environment. I was there when they were preparing meals, and they looked appetizing, and my mom said the food was good. It is family-owned and I met the mother, daughter, and son. They're very nice. I met a couple of the employees there. My mother likes them, and they seem nice to her. It's in a nice community. It's a clean and nice place. Value for money is great.

Incredibly beautiful staff/owners who truly take care of the residents. The setting is very beautiful and each resident is given so much attention and love. I really appreciate the tender love and care they provide their residents.
Jacobs Tender Loving Care was there for me when I needed to move my mother into another ALF because I was asked to move her because of her behavior, they welcomed her in with open arms. As other has stated, it didn't feel like an institution but a home. Everyone that works here are very caring and loving and I appreciate all they did for my mom. Making a decision to put your loved one into an ALF is difficult but I would recommend this ALF 100 times over when and if that decision needs to be made.
Jacob's Tender Loving Care was the perfect choice for my 103-year-old mother-in-law. Jacob's is family-owned and -operated, and it has always felt like a family home, not an institution. Every family member and all others who work there have shown the greatest concern and respect for my mother-in-law. They have also gone beyond all the essentials in order to treat her with such things as a lovely hairdo, which she especially appreciated as a former hairdresser herself. Jacob's was very attentive to my mother-in-law's need to communicate with old friends, facilitating daily phone calls with her friends and other relatives. And Jacob's organized a lovely party for my mother-in-law's 104th birthday! My husband and I wholeheartedly recommend Jacob's Tender Loving Care. We are deeply grateful that it was there for my husband's mother.

We would like to take the opportunity to thank everyone at Jacob’s Tender Loving Care Assisted Living for the personalized care, respect, and love given to my grandmother during her stay. She really loved all of you for the many ways you assisted her in her daily life. We appreciate the special individual touches you made from keeping her bundled up to stay warm, conversations, and bringing her late night snacks.
