My family and I helped my Mom from a larger, memory care home into this home recently. We are so glad we made the change to this smaller, residential setting of only six residents. Eric Fiedler, Maria Best, and their staff are so caring and responsive to Mom’s needs and our family’s questions. Eric and Maria have been with the company since they started, so that says a lot to our family. The home is always clean and bright, and they serve nutritious, appetizing food for each meal. They also allow a camera in Mom’s bedroom – something the previous home did not allow. We’re so grateful to have Mom being cared for by the wonderful people of Vivant. My first placement for my husband was at one of the “big corporate” facilities which had roughly 100 people residing there. The memory care had roughly 2o patients with the ratio of 1 caregiver to ten patients! Please tell me how my husbands needs or any of the others could be addressed ?? Each memory care patient has a “different need” therefore the care he received was sub standard at best. Vivant memory care facilities offer more one…

“If I only knew then what I know now” is a phrase I often used to describe the amazing care my husband has and continues to receive at Vivant Senior living . My first placement for my husband was at one of the “big corporate” facilities which had roughly 100 people residing there. The memory care had roughly 2o patients with the ratio of 1 caregiver to ten patients! Please tell me how my husbands needs or any of the others could be addressed ?? Each memory care patient has a “different need” therefore the care he received was sub standard at best. Vivant memory care facilities offer more one on one care because the fabulous caregivers are not only well trained but the ratio is 2 caregivers to approximately 6. They not only “know” my husband and his abilities, they attend to him on a timely and in a caring manner which eliminates any of the frustrations these memory care patients . The director is amazing and only a text or phone call away to help with your every need or concern! Thank you Vivant and staff for everything you do.!
I can certainly understand why this group of people has so many 5-Star reviews. I never felt pressured and it was so nice to have an advocate in this process. I would not have known where to look or what questions to ask. I felt so much more comfortable having someone in my corner. This process would have been painful, overwhelming and slow had it not been for their team. Do yourself a big favor and work with Vivant senior living team

I picked up extra shifts at Willa Vista a couple of times and my experience there has been great. Britney (the coordinator) keeps the house well organized, clean, comfortable, and stocked with supplies that caregivers need. Also, my co workers was really nice, helpful, and showed me how to care for the residents properly. I will definitely be picking up more shifts over there when I’m able to.
looking for a good place Memory Care Center, Vivant Senior Living, this is the best home to be.
We have visited Vivant facilities several times and met with Eric the administrator on multiple occasions. Eric was extremely helpful and supportive Everyone we talked to was courteous and professional. Our plan was to move my father-in-law in there this week but unfortunately we were shocked when he passed away on Father’s Day. The entire organization has been supportive of us willing to help us through all the trying times. I would highly recommend this organization for any caregiver with a love one suffering from Alzheimer’s or dementia.
