4.4 · 35 reviewsI called about transitioning my family member from 1 state to Florida and the lady on the phone sounded so sweet at first until she started explaining. If you don’t have the extra money to pay after Medicaid and them taking his social security she “doesn’t know what to tell me”

My friend is a resident here. This residence is by far the most impressive facility I have visited!! There was a peaceful atmosphere which was very relaxing. The grounds and the rooms were very clean and tidy. The staff were very knowledgeable and accommodating as well which is very reassuring for me.

I was very impressed after visiting Victoria Villa. The rooms and grounds were very clean and well kept. The staff were all very informed and engaging. It was a nice feeling to know that my friend was well cared for. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is in Need of assisted living.
The facility is very clean and you are at ease while staying there. Staff make sure that they maintain the facility well for the residents to be satisfied on their stay.
Great place with a warm atmosphere. My grandpa loves the weekly movie nights and the fact that they let him bring his favorite armchair from home. The food is better than most assisted living places we visited. The staff is patient and always willing to help with anything.
Victoria Villa saved our family. The specialized care team here is amazing — they know exactly how to calm my grandfather when he’s confused and keep him engaged with simple, fun activities. The grounds are beautiful for walks, and the security is top-notch. We feel completely at ease leaving him here.
As a working daughter, I was stressed about finding the right care for my grandma. Victoria Villa put all my worries to rest. They send daily updates so I can see she’s doing well. She loves the music sessions on Fridays, and the medical staff is quick to respond if she’s not feeling well. Worth every penny.
