Trinity Springs is a senior living community in Oxford, Florida, offering assisted living and memory care. Assisted living services begin with a registered nurse’s assessment and an individualized care plan. Depending on assessed needs, support may include medication management, vital-sign checks, nurse monitoring, bathing and dressing help, dining assistance, mobility support, escorts and safety checks. Personal care staff are on site around the clock, and a licensed nurse is on call for staff needs. Residents can use a personal pendant and call system. Listed routine services include daily reassurance checks, semiannual weight monitoring, weekly light housekeeping and weekly linen changes.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner are prepared by the community’s chef and served in dining rooms. Assisted living also includes scheduled transportation for shopping, entertainment and recreational outings. In memory care, residents live in an entrance-controlled area designed for people with Alzheimer’s disease or other memory loss. The single-level layout, simple interiors and home-like furnishings are complemented by a separate courtyard with controlled entry. Private studio suites measure 400 to 457 square feet; shared two-bedroom suites measure 729 square feet. Suites can be personalized with belongings from home.
Memory care begins with a health assessment and an individualized plan, with personal care staff on duty around the clock. Listed services include help with dressing, grooming, showers and bathroom needs, medication administration and escorts within the neighborhood. Staff receive dementia-focused training and annual continuing education. Individualized activities take place during the day and evening. Three meals are served daily in the neighborhood dining room, alongside shared spaces that include a living room and kitchen. Listed housekeeping includes weekly service, linen changes, two loads of laundry per week, daily bed making and trash removal.
Community spaces include an atrium lobby with a concierge, dens, screened lanais, living rooms and comfortable seating areas. Residents can use an art studio for watercolor classes and crafts, a fitness center with cardio and strength equipment, a yoga studio and classes, and a movie theater with concessions. Other listed amenities include a salon and spa, and a dog park for residents’ pets. Activities include social, educational, creative, recreational and spiritual options, with groups for cards and games, outings by bus, Bible studies, prayer groups and chapel services. Trinity Therapy provides on-site physical, occupational and speech therapy.

We will be fiing a complaint with the state. UPDATE: They also lost 2 more good employees from the nursing department. I have this in writing: no one arrived for 19 minutes...nursing another 12 min.. .dad was not provided medical attention properly. ie: per resident handbook. Dad left facility 3 days later and has not returned. I have the follow in writing: Trinity Springs will not provide me a copy of my dads emergency pendant report, name of manufacturer, reports of when they performed testing that pendant works properly, They wrote: i am not entitled to it.. I have proof: I contacted 6 corporate officers no response. After the post, several families contacted me to share their stories similar to mine. My advice: is do not believe everything you hear when you tour the facility. 1 med tech, 1 care staff to 52-56 apartments or 56+++ residents because some apartments have 2 residents in them. I was told from 9 pm to 7 am...there is ONLY 1 nurse and one care staff for 150-200 residents. Ask !!! $25 extra if you press your "pendant" . It's called unscheduled care staff. $25 to pull your comforter up. $25 extra for a lot of things. $1,100 to give my dad pills and eyes drops. Yup! Check their prices everything is an ala carte charge. There's medication managenent . Medication administration. Make sure you get a copy of that entire a la carte pricing list!!

I wanted to take this opportunity to review Trinity Springs Assisted Living. I have a 93 year old dad and I am his DPOA. He has been at Trinity for over 2 years. I moved he and my mother up here to be near me. My mother passed away in December while in hospice care at the facility and I can’t thank the staff at Trinity for all they did for her and for me. They are truly amazing and treated my mom like family. I wanted to take this opportunity to review Trinity Springs Assisted Living. I have a 93 year old dad and I am his DPOA. He has been at Trinity for over 2 years. I moved he and my mother up here to be near me. My mother passed away in December while in hospice care at the facility and I can’t thank the staff at Trinity for all they did for her and for me. They are truly amazing and treated my mom like family. As with every Assisted Living Facility, they have challenges and ups and downs but they work with the families to overcome challenges that may arise. The staff are caring and kind to every resident and to family members. They are also very responsive. A new Executive Director started back in October and she continues to do amazing work striving for excellence in the facility. She has a great open door policy and I frequently stop in just to say hi and thank her. Costs may be incurred for various requests but again, every facility has it. We are provided every year with the a la carte menu pricing and we have to sign off on it as well; so no charges should ever a surprise. They partner with Lifeforce Healthcare so a PA or doctor is available when needed so the residents do not have to leave the facility. They also partner with Trinity Therapy FL, who provide in house therapy for residents as well. The care staff/med tech ratio is on point with other facilities as well. For each shift: 7am – 3pm 10 caregiver/med tech and a licensed nurse 3pm – 11pm 10 caregiver/med tech and a licensed nurse 11pm – 7am 6 caregiver/med tech and a licensed nurse And I would like to add that they also have a full-time Director of Health Services, Nurse Supervisor, and Memory Care Coordinator. There is an RN on call 7 days a week after normal business hours as well. Thank you again Trinity Springs for taking such good care of the residents and my dad! Knowing dad is in your care I am able to breathe more easily!!!

My mom moved to TS 12/23 and as today 4/12/25, I am heartily recommending the Memory Care -called The Neighborhood. They have a vibrant program for MC and a slew of mature volunteers who keep the residents engaged. What I like: the food is delicious and it is bright and airy. The rooms have built in storage….so much I didn’t have to even bring a dresser if I didn’t want to. The bathroom has ample storage too. The deep cleaning occurs weekly and is done so well-even the corners are reached. The Executive Director is approachable and responsive. The staff are helpful and responsive too. I can access staff quickly and directly via phone. Cameras (no audio) are allowed and that has given me peace of mind to see my mom’s routines and her interactions with the staff. I am pleased that TS wants so much transparency. The questions I have had are answered quickly and a win/win appears to be the goal. I have had experience with 3 different facilities and this is head and shoulders above the other 2. I highly recommend Trinity Springs. btw, a friend moved his wife in and he is/was very happy with the facility and the staff. When she passed, he invited her caregivers to her service. It is a nice place. The sales lady has been with TS since it opened about 6 years ago. No pressure and quick to answer or get answers to my questions.
This place has been awful caring for my grandmom. I would not recommend. Between the staff being unknowledgable and awful at handling even giving pills to an elderly woman and the fact that I feel like their supervision is horrendous. They have aged my grandmom drastically.
My mother lived in memory care at Trinity Springs for 11 months before moving to another facility. She smelled like urine most of that time. The staff's response was that we needed to buy Febreeze. The place is understaffed and most don't stay long. Also, various items of my mother's went permanently missing. A few staff members went above and beyond and engaged my mother, and we greatly appreciated them.
My mom moved into TS Memory Care 12/20/2023. It has been a dream for us-a good dream. They allow cameras without audio recording, they allow private caregivers and do not decrease their own care plan and the food is delicious. They have caring staff, well trained and volunteers who pleasantly create relationships and companionships. My mom is able to respond but looses words which is not a problem with the staff and volunteers. Trinity Springs set up is wonderful. The halls are bright and wide. The rooms are equipped so well with storage in bath and kitchenette that mom didn’t need a dresser. Professionalism is pristine. The director has a dedicated professional team where access is very timely. I can contact the on duty nurse by text or call. I and my mom highly recommend Trinity Springs!

They have caring staff, well trained and volunteers who pleasantly create relationships and companionships. My mom is able to respond but looses words which is not a problem with the staff and volunteers. We looked a year ago and chose another place which was highly rated but did not allow cameras. That only benefits the facility! Mom’s care suffered during the hours she didn’t have her private caregivers who work 4 hours. I was there enough to see my mom was ignored for meals or even room checks. It started well but changed in months. Trinity Springs set up is wonderful. The halls are bright and wide. The rooms are equipped so well with storage in bath and kitchenette that mom didn’t need a dresser. Professionalism is pristine. The director has a wonderful group of caring involved staff. I can even call or text a on duty nurse and get a call or text back. So, why does my mom have a caregiver? She is an introvert and still aware and does best with one/one schedule. When the caregivers are not on duty, the staff do a wonderful job of engaging mom but mom (and I) love her caregivers who have been with us about 3 years. I and my mom HIGHLY RECOMMEND Trinity Springs
