Touch of Klass Assisted Living Facility

This place is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!! My mother had the time of her life while she was there. They treated her like family and the caretaker's family members even called her grandma. We are blessed to have found this place and we have gained a lifelong friend.

perhaps in 3 yrs since last review much changed food out of freeze, can or box. just show up and observe. caretaker worked 7 days in a row 24 hrs tired and then one wk off while other caretaker does the same. they seem very tired owner will say she is there to help also ? may be at times ?yet you will be told a lot. my observations caretakers border on bullying or ignoring. cannot believe what you are told since will tell you all sit around clapping laughing singing together. just sit and watch that is unlikely think all minimum and required is done yet is that enough?

I have been so blessed to find this beautiful home for my mother. The owner is fabulous and has been so supportive with our move to this ALF. My mom now has activities during her day and something to look forward to each day. In addition to having a wonderful owner, this ALF has a wonderful staff. There's always a smile to make you feel at home and they are very loving and attentive to all the residents they help. Thank you for leading me to this wonderful place.
