Brycen gave us an amazing tour at Windsor San Pablo and made a strong impression on my family—so much so that they decided to move in, and they haven’t been disappointed! The community is beautiful, clean, and truly classy. The care team is attentive, the food is excellent, and the activities keep residents engaged and happy. We’re so grateful to Brycen for making the decision easy and welcoming us into such a wonderful place!

My 93 year old mother has been at The Windsor, assisted living, for about 5 months now, and has adjusted quite nicely despite our trepidations and fears (I cried the first day thinking we had made a big mistake) … but due to the outstanding staff and constant activities offered, my mom has not only adjusted, she is happy and thriving! She knows there are people who care about her here, (excellent activities director, and staff who run the activities… thank you Latonya, Kim and Elizabeth- who all go above and beyond for all of the residents at the Windsor. My mom really enjoys socializing with her friends at meal times and varying activities and loves the fact that she doesn’t have to drive anywhere - as The Windsor offers everything in-house - hair Salon, Dr. visits, physical and occupational therapy, etc. The atmosphere is like HOME at the Windsor! I never thought I’d be this happy. My tears have turned to JOY! Thank you to all of the employees at the Windsor! Oh, and I can’t forget Kenya and Marquita, who not only clean my mom’s apartment, but have taken a special interest in getting to know my mom… which makes such a difference!! The Windsor is truly a SPECIAL place for seniors who want to live in a beautiful environment, with lovely people surrounding them ! ❤️

My mom is currently living in the assisted living facility. The facility is a 5 star. The medical staff is not. I had to find my mom in her room in a diabetic coma. Since this happened and we discussed it with the director and the nurse is now checking her blood sugar daily. I am sure my mother is not the only diabetic living there. Also the restaurant should have better no sugar added choices for all residents.

The Windsor at San Pablo is a beautiful senior living facility. I helped an elderly friend to relocate there and everyone, residents and staff, went out of their way to make her feel welcome. The staff members are very friendly and always ready to help. The Windsor also offers a great variety of activities for the residents to enjoy on a daily basis and their special events are exceptional.
