I will post all the reasons why I gave 1 star as soon as I get my mom out of there. The only reason there is even 1 star is because I had no choice. There wasn't an option for 0 stars.
I love this company. Even with the difficulty that agencies are experiencing with the pandemic they try their hardest to provide the most proficient care.

I don't know what's wrong with them between scheduling and the quality of caregivers that they hire. If I'm supposed to have a caregiver at 1 and the scheduler decides to change it to 11 without leaving a voice message whatsoever and then at 10:51 calling me I missed the phone call saying that the caregiver is at my house I called back she scheduled for 1 and then I said well have her come come here oh she can't now she scheduled till 6:30 yeah and then the other ones fall asleep that's reassuring
This is the most unprofessional, unreliable home health care agency I've ever had to deal with. They assign aids to come out and do a job for my grandmother, who is bed bound... the people they send out are un trained, unattentive to her needs. They show up when they want to, I called the office 3×, and I have yet to receive a call back. I wouldn't recommend this company to a sick dog!
I am happy with the care here at this community. The staff is outstanding and they are always keeping me informed on his progress. He does like the variety of meals. There are alot of activities for him to participate. A nice location. I would recommend this community to other families for great value and care.
