Recently helped a friend move her mother out and the housekeeper on 3rd floor is very rude to the residents and the staff. I overheard her screaming at a resident about their room getting cleaned and they need to stop asking her about it. I was shocked to see such behavior from a staff member. Very unprofessional.

My wife and I both immediately liked the facility and the staff. Cody and Lucy both did everything they could to make the move as easy as they could. Lucy helped so .much to get our apartment just the way we wanted it. So far everything is falling in to place.

I came to visit a family friend while I was down and the things I heard and seen we're very inappropriate from the staff and even the residents. first I waited at the front desk for about 10 minutes before I got any type of help and it was from a staff member walking down the hall. I went up and visited my friend and we saw that the new store was open so we stopped in, while in there looking and checking it out there was a staff member in there standing and talking to the women sitting at the counter talking very bad about the workers and residents there. We were in there for about 5-10 minutes and they didn't even say hello to us they just kept talking very rude about the people there, it made us very uncomfortable and made me wonder if they talk about my loved one like that. We left and went upstairs, about an hour later I left and as I was walking out, the same staff member that was in the store was sitting up at the front desk just laughing and playing around with another lady. It seemed to me that this place doesn't take the residents very serious as there was one standing at the counter waiting to get some type of help from the girls laughing with each other. I tried to get the attention for him to get some help but I was ignored. I'm now deciding if I want to keep my loved one in a building that staff members show no care and talk very rudely about each other and other residents.

Very clean & upscale community living. Residents seem happy & enjoy the activities. Helpful, friendly staff. Dining is not gourmet, but home style. The only complaints are that they need more staff, & the billing system could be improved.
