Not a fun place to deliver to. The residents half the time put the general neighborhood address, and don’t give the gate code, not specifying their unit numbers. I always end up having to call the people and look at the map. Last time I had to sneak in the gate behind someone and they did a citizens pull-over and questioned why I was there. Please put notes for your delivery people thanks

55+ Mobile Home Community. Snowbird haven. Clubhouse and many social activities.
Needs improvement. Trees needed trimming and weeds were very nice. Was not impressed. Ppl leave and go up north and don't have anyone watching their place for beauty. Sad
Quiet, safe, nice people. I live here year round. Not classy - yet, but getting there. Not far from much.
