Brooke gave us a tour of the facility which is beautiful with a resort style pool, movie theater, craft room, game room, and gym. The one BD is very spacious with a full kitchen on the independent side. Brooke was so kind and understanding of our questions and met multiple times with other siblings so that the whole family could be involved in choosing a place . My mother is slowly moving in to her new apartment…

My mother and I were looking for a senior living community that offered both independent and assisted living options. Sonata Lake Mary was our first visit and we met Brooke Haygood. Brooke gave us a tour of the facility which is beautiful with a resort style pool, movie theater, craft room, game room, and gym. The one BD is very spacious with a full kitchen on the independent side. Brooke was so kind and understanding of our questions and met multiple times with other siblings so that the whole family could be involved in choosing a place . My mother is slowly moving in to her new apartment and has been warmly welcomed by Brooke and multiple residents every time she has been in the building. I highly recommend Sonata Lake Mary for your senior living needs.

Toured for a family member - super friendly and knowledgeable staff, inviting entry, pleasant decor and looks/smells clean. Had to be put on a waiting list which I translate to indicate that the residents enjoy living here.
Brooke was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I feel very comfortable introducing her to my Mom. I can’t wait to bring my Mom by. The place is beautiful
