Our family had an in person tour and it was such a good tour experience, our loved one decided this was going to be her top choice. The staff members were excellent, they had all the answers to our questions. The residents even went our of their way to come up and say hi to us. It was a really great choice.
This was the most impressive community to me. However, this community was very large and felt like a cruise ship. There were so many amenities that were offered to the residents and some really great activities. The dinning area was great and the food was great but it was too big and I felt like my parents would get lost. If I needed to go somewhere I would go here. They also had independent living all the way to memory care and I liked that also. The price was also competitive.

Oakmonte Village in lake mary is an amazing place for a loved family member needing assistance, security, guidance and a beautiful place to live. It has exceeded my expectations. The professionalism of the staff has made me feel confident that my mom is in the best hands for her care. The kindness, caring attitudes of the staff gives me peace of mind that I have made the best choice for my Mom. She feels at home. It is an elegant well kept community. Every management team member has made it a smooth transition for my mom and the family. We are blessed to have found this outstanding home for Mom. Oh everything is available from manis and pedis to hair salon, amazing activities, movie theatre, outdoor luncheons and shopping days and so much more. Everything is up and running there is no boredom at Oakmonte Village.
The OAKMONTE assisted living in Lake Mary is a perfect fit for my mom who is 91 years young . It’s beautiful and spotlessly clean .. the staff treats you like family , they are kind and wonderful and cannot do enough for my mom. She is so happy here , she recently said she feels like she is at home., and that makes me and my siblings the most happiest .. I urge anyone that is looking for a fantastic living situation for their loved one this is the place. Thank God we found it ..
Place was very nice and Carol was very helpful but there were many things my mother liked better at Lake Orienta better therefore she decided against Oakmonte
Our loved one was in independent living so the care services were pretty minimal, but the house keeping did a really good job keeping her room clean. One issue we did have was they play favoritism with some of the residents which caused others to leave the community.
Our loved Ones cannot be confined inside a hotel like environment. I found this facility is very very clean and well cared for. The staff is friendly. I think they can do more to get the seniors to go outside in the back area. Although the back area has not been designed for enjoyable outdoor living. They need ceiling fans and awnings to keep the patio shaded. It is just not a very pleasing aesthetic to spend time in. Everything is beautiful there and the menu seems fabulous. However, When talking to the seniors they do communicate to me that the food is lacking.
