Sodalis Jacksonville

Having a parent at Sodalis has been a good experience. Danielle was wonderful! Laura and Shelby are also great. All of the staff have been terrific over the past 3 weeks. They take good care of all of the residents. The food selections are diverse and delicious. Angela, at the front desk, is the first person you see when you walk in and she is a great representation of what to expect by being welcoming and friendly. Terrell is part of the kitchen staff and he helps me out when I come there to visit. Unfortunately, I can't remember the names of everyone, but they all have been the best. So forgive me if I didn't remember your names, RAs, Nurses, Physical Therapists, Chef, Sales, etc... Finally, Mary, the Activities Director is absolutely amazing. She brings in great entertainers and keeps up an active schedule including shopping, cookouts, social hour, movies, virtual reality and of course, BINGO! She does above and beyond her job. My Mom is very pleased with her stay. I do recommend it for your parents. ** I am not being paid for this review!

I want to say Sodalis has been a blessing in disguise. My grandmother has thrived here..sometimes I do not recognize the personality that shes showing, she has made friends with both the other residents and the staff and she has enjoyed being there. I personally would also like to give a shout out to Antoinette. She is THE BEST! She has grown into what I now call her the honorary daughter into our family. She always has a smile on, can brighten up the room just by walking in! I want to thank Sodalis and the staff for the personalized care they provide. 100% recommend

I had started touring facilities around the area for my mom and i had come across Sodalis. Really great facility and an even better staff. Had a wonderful lady Daniel give me a tour and some really inspiring words of care as i continue to move forward with my journey with my mom. For me it really checks a lot of boxes on what to look for as well as all of the amenities in the area that i frequent. So if you’re looking for a place for your mom or dad, i encourage you to check them out and see it for yourself.

Have been interacting with [name removed] Brookshire for several weeks now along with touring their facility. [name removed]has gone beyond what my sister and I ever expected. Due to our mothers monthly budget, unfortunately, my sister and I agreed that at this time Mom’s finances could not satisfy their costs. Both [name removed]and me are disappointed that we could not make the numbers work. I sincerely appreciate [name removed] expertise in helping us.

My mother has moved into Sodalis Jacksonville. I like the fact it is a small community, and I like its interior. The staff has been there for the long term. Those are the biggest reasons why we chose them. I have tried their food. It is assisted living facility food, but I know that everything is prepared fresh from scratch, so that's really good. Personally, I would like it to have a little bit more flavor, but a lot of older people don't like that. Otherwise, it's great. We didn't do the efficiency room for my mother, but we did the one-up. Square-footage wise it's very roomy. She has two windows, a bathroom that's wheelchair-accessible, and spacious closets. Right now, they're providing furniture for us, because she is only supposed to be there for a short time. Overall, I think the staff is great.
