3.3 · 174 reviewsGreat Rehab therapists. Good CNA'S and nurses. Food was terrible, cold and late many times. No attention paid to diabetic meals. Administration overcharged me for several days and would not provide a copy of my wife's discharge papers which I mispl. Fortunately, I found them and I was correct and they were nasty about it.
I do not recommend this place. My family member was in for 2 weeks.

My review is for miss Penny at social services at Ridgecrest h&r. She was so kind, and helpful in getting rehab help for my brother. She went over and beyond more help for him at his home at the Alf facility. I rate miss Penny a 10 star !!! Thank you so much. Linda Carbonell
Ridgecrest’s staff cares for my brother with genuine compassion and attention. Melissa, the Assistant Director of Rehab, has spent countless hours working with him and has truly become part of our family. Her bright, bubbly personality brings joy to his days, and she goes out of her way—even on holidays—to make sure he feels remembered. Sophia, the Activity Director, creates wonderful events throughout the year that bring residents and families together in a festive, welcoming environment. She takes the time to get to know each person individually, helping make their stay a little brighter. The entire team keeps us well‑informed about his care and needs, and we are deeply grateful for the dedication they show every day.
On a professional level, working with Jessica, to get medical equipment for some of the patients there has been easy and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My father in law has been to a few nursing homes and no Business Office Manager has been on point as Jessica Ibanez. She has helped every step of the way. She truly cares for her residents. I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Jessica for loving what you do and caring for those in need.
