4.5 · 96 reviewsDiane was nice at first, but when she found out my mom couldn’t afford their very expensive senior apartments, she was dismissive and short. Not everyone can afford $4k a month at age 70. Diane could have been nicer in her reply to me. I’m just trying to find a place for my mom to live, which is hard enough without being made to feel less-than.
Woodland Towers ticked all the boxes for me in finding a safe and comfortable environment where I enjoy the privacy of my own apartment and can leave the heavy lifting to a staff that knocks themselves out providing me fine meals, activities and services. My mom has been at this facility for 4 years and she really likes it! All rooms have balconies and are bright and spacious. There are a lot of activities, local outings and onsite celebrations to keep the residents busy. The nursing staff is amazing! My mom has a lot of health challenges and the nurses are very attentive and professional and kind to her. The housekeeping staff is wonderful too! The facility is currently in the process of updating their dining experience for efficiency to make it an even better experience for all of their residents. Definitely recommend for assisting living needs.
All the staff,,front desk, waitresses, Nurses, matinence and housekeeping are all friendly and helpful...Woodland Towers where I have met many new friends..is a great place to live and enjoy your life.
My 88 & 87 year old parents needed a move from their home in Port Orange and after extensive research we selected Woodland Tours. My parents and our family couldn’t be happier. It was a major change for them but the staff have been absolutely fantastic and their full line of services have made the transition process very smooth for my parents. For our needs the onsite nursing team have been a major benefit that many facilities did not offer. We highly recommend Woodland Tours.
The staff is amazing. The builonding and all the amenities are great. There are some mean girls and queen bees who talk behind everyone's back. Some of these women really hurt others.
LOVE Love love The Towers and all they have to offer their residents! It has been so good for my mother and her social life since widowhood 32 years ago took away her love. I give the Towers 10 stars for their loving staff, super fun activity leaders, and maintenance crew is beyond helpful in every way. Thank you thank you thank you!
