Each visitor was welcomed and treated with kindness from the moment we stepped in the door. Their amazing staff was so kind, and treated each resident as "family." The communication was quick and detailed, and that meant a lot since family was no longer living in town. Our Great Aunt was happy, well-cared-for, cherished, and respected, and that's more than anyone could ask for.
Very clean and tidy. Really liked the owners and feel my mother would be in good hands there. It is a little far south for both brothers to visit so we need to think about that. Definitely considering this facility. Now we are waiting to make a decision go 30-60 days
The only thing I would say needs improving at Ponce Adult Family Care is they could use a little bit more room in the family room to walk around in. I'm not sure if they have it that way so the residents don't wander around too much though. They cook everything from scratch at this facility. The staff really make you feel like you are at home here. You cant ask for better than that.

Very clean! Great, everything was a five. They were down to earth and very friendly. The way they treated the residents, it was like a family home. They made you feel very comfortable and made you feel like they cared - like they actually cared, not just there for money.
