Plantation Village Mobile Home

I’ve been in this park for 10 years. It was a great place to live. Recently however, the manager and co-op president have become power crazed. They lie to everyone. We have elderly people afraid to come out of their homes. If we speak up we are retaliated against. Any questions about the running of the park are answered with “ It’s none of your business “. Our clubhouse is still closed even though the governor has opened up the state. They even changed the locks. If and when we are let back in, we will have to pay for new keys. People are told that everything is negotiable, but when they sell you a home, you are told that you have to get rid of your dogs. Please, if you are thinking of buying here, get everything in writing & signed by [name removed]. The management company, Dellcor is useless. They won’t take any action when the manager lies or is out of line. They are rude and try to deny any responsibility for their employee. Please take these warnings seriously.

Plantation Village is an attractive gated community for seniors over 55 years of age filled with friendly and caring people. We have lived here two years, and know many who have lived here 25 years who feel the same. Plantation Village has a large clubhouse which is usually busy with activities going on, such as potluck dinners, bingo, Bunco, coffee get together, pinochle, euchre, pancake breakfasts, and so on. There is a library, exercise equipment, a pool, as well as shuffleboard courts, pickle ball courts, with horseshoes, and bocci ball areas we especially enjoy biking to the small pond, sitting on a bench and watching the ducks, ibis, herons, fish and turtles! Love our park. We feel fortunate to have found Plantation Village ;)
