My sister will be there for two weeks and I wanted to make sure she was in the best place ever for her recuperation..My surprice since the minute I walk in was super..So clean and peaceful enviroment..Everyone was so happy to see is there once again..Well educated personnel and very profesional.The staff makes you feel at home and we all know that family always comes and goes first..My sister loves everything about been there and told me yesterday when i ask her how she feels and gest what? She said she wants to stay and leave there.😂.. She told me that they really care and make her so…

I have had a very positive experience with this clinic. The staff is professional, caring, and attentive, and they treat the residents with kindness and respect. I love Palm Gardens every body hug me kiss me, nurses. cna, people from the offices, and my therapist Mr Paul. Mr Eric. Alexandra and Angie which no love them very much because they are very sweet with me and love to do out patient therapy, I was in patient for 3 weeks and my doctors told me I needed to continue my occupational therapy and my physical therapy, my insurance told me I can go to a gym and is free, I told my insurance thank you for the offer, but I want to go back to Palm Gardens,, they ask me why, I told them because I love Palm Gardens and I want to do out patient therapy only in this place. And I work out with my insurance to accept doing my out patient therapy in Palm Gardens and at the present I am doing the therapy in the place I real love. When i enter and register at the front desk I smell love energy only love Palm Gardens , besides I am doing my therapy in Palm Gardens I also visit the in patients. After my therapy I stay and play bingo with them. And they told me you are the only one who stay with us and said hello and give your love to us, I see all my nurses and CNA and people from the offices which I love each one very much. I highly recommend palm Gardens, I had spread my voice to my family and friends if anyone is looking a place to put their family I said Palm Gardens in excellent is wonderful and is 5 stars
My husband is a patient at Palm Garden of Orlando for rehabilitation. From the first day that my husband arrived, the staff was very attentive and caring. The place has a way of welcoming you and even though this has been a challenging time for my family, we are incredible grateful for everyone’s hard work to make it a little easier. I wanted to recognize two incredible staff members who are making such a positive impact. Valia, one of the CNA’s and Edelmira from Housekeeping. Valia goes above and beyond with compassion and kindness for all of her patients. She treats my husband with dignity and genuine care. Everyone likes Valia and it is clear that she loves her job. Edelmira is very attentive and takes great pride in her work. She has a warm smile on her face and a positive attitude. The rooms will be spotless and smelling great. My family and I are truly grateful and will highly recommend Palm Garden of Orlando.
Beautiful, well kept facility. ALL of the staff are welcoming and always smiling. The residents appear happy and my loved one in particular, is very satisfied with the care he receives and so are we!
I visited the Mother of a friend that's in rehab right now. Walking through the halls brought me back to the days when my own Mom was there rehabbing from a hip replacement. She had a good experience and I liked Palm Garden a lot. I was happy to see that 5 years later it is as lovely and clean as ever and the decor is even better than it was. Hopefully my friend's Mom will experience satisfactory PT and will get back to her independent life soon.
My experience was great. Beautiful facility, and the staff was awesome, very helpful and friendly. I felt at home. My uncle is being well taken care. Thank you.
