Staff are so friendly and compassionate and residents seem happy. I love how they congregate in the hallways in their wheelchairs to socialize. Our uncle is now a resident here and we feel at peace knowing he is well cared for.
I would not recommend this facility based on what I personally experienced and observed over time. One of the most concerning issues involved a serious safety complaint regarding an employee and a weapon. After the concern was reported through the proper channels, it did not appear to be handled with the level of urgency or seriousness that anyone would expect. That alone caused me to lose confidence in the facility's leadership and their commitment to maintaining a safe environment. I would not recommend this facility based on what I personally experienced and observed over time. One of the most concerning issues involved a serious safety complaint regarding an employee and a weapon. After the concern was reported through the proper channels, it did not appear to be handled with the level of urgency or seriousness that anyone would expect. That alone caused me to lose confidence in the facility's leadership and their commitment to maintaining a safe environment. During visits, it was also common to notice long periods where nursing staff seemed unavailable. There were multiple occasions when residents and family members were waiting extended amounts of time for assistance or updates, leaving many people frustrated and wondering where staff were. I also witnessed several families expressing concerns that their loved ones' pain or changing medical conditions were not being taken seriously. In one case, a family ultimately sought care elsewhere after feeling their concerns were repeatedly dismissed. They later learned there was a significant medical issue that required treatment, reinforcing their decision to leave the facility. Overall, the impression I was left with was one of inconsistent care, poor communication, and a lack of accountability when serious concerns were raised. I sincerely hope improvements are made because residents and their families deserve to feel safe, heard, and well cared for.
I visited the facility with a church group. The staff was very welcoming and the facility looked very tidy. I really enjoyed spending time with the residents and look forward to our next visit.

From the Admissions personnel to the CNA 's, Nurses, Doctors and Staff this place is amazing. My mom has been there since April and has thrived. The facility is always clean and you will not ever pass by an employee without them speaking and working hard. The food is good, rooms are cozy and clean and it feels like home. We are grateful for such a wonderful place having an opening and accepting my mom into their "home away from her home".
