Exceptional care by a team of professionals that actually care deeply about your loved ones in their care. From the custodians, the Cooks, Reception, to the Nurses, through to the Doctors on staff, they all really want to be there, in mind and spirit, making a difference in people's lives when they need it most. It's one of the most difficult jobs in the world and they excel with dignify, respect, and with the biggest hearts I've ever seen. We've been through many assisted living facilities with all four of our parents. This one is by far the best. Not due to the brick and mortar, or the new flooring and furniture, whitch is beautiful by the way, it's because of the wonderful folks that poor so much of themselves into residence wellbeing, happiness and health. Thank you, I will never forget you'all and how much you helped our family, words truly can't express our family's gratitude. Bless you, each and every one.

Please don't take your loved ones here. Nurses and aides are very inattentive to patients, do not feed them clean and let them lay i bed all the time and get bed sores. Not a healthy place.

I have to comment on the review that made disparaging comments about the lovely woman who runs the front desk at Windsor Place. C. always has a smile and a friendly greeting every time I go there to visit my mom. I appreciate the care she takes with her personal appearance and the care she takes with staff, patients and visitors. It sounds as if you had an emotional and frustrating day. I get it. We’ve all been there. I think we can agree, however, that the world would be a better place if we could all give each other some grace.

My Mom was at the Commons for 60 days the nurses were great however Celine the social worker was not communicating many updates with me and I was there Every Day!!!! Never given PT game plan for my Mom so she still can’t walk!!! The PT team was not so good either!!! Very disappointed!!!!! Lacks Communication and not good at rehab Avoid at all Costs!

I was in the Commons for rehab Nov 2022. I could not understand why the nursing staff allowed my medications to run out, prior to contacting the doctor for a refill. The CNA handled me roughly, insisted that I take a shower, though my surgeon had not cleared me to do so, kept touching my personal items without permission. I must express my concern for so much turnover of staff. There is obviously a problem with Administration and staff, a lack of training and communication in working together as a team. The residents/patients pay the price for their incompetence. Please shop around prior to going their for yourself or your love-one. My therapy team was very good. The social worker was very inexperienced and delayed my discharge.
