3.9 · 294 reviewsAwful place ever my friend is still there and she talks when she needs help and she’s ignored, her food is cold, they have left her without turning her say that they will come back and they don’t and she asked to talk to head nurse Bobbie Joe and she explained to her how she treated and ignored and head nurse doesn’t acknowledge her and leaves and she gets shoved while turning and she has bruising, I called the hotline to report beachside nursing home and rehab and hope she gets the care she needs! It’s so awful how they treat her and others!!

In here to walk again due to severe nerve problems that happened after blood clot broken down in my lung and fluids that they drained and my severe hernia has so much weight and something happened in my nerves lower back legs and hips and chronic pain I have to heal and work on walking again and so far I can use walker and wheel chair and rehabilitation for 5 weeks now and I was a month in ICU before that .I've been in ICU for around 4 or 5 months in the past 9 months now A phib and acute heart failure blood clots and the Hernia that is causing a lot of the problem from retaining fluids circulation to my lower abdomen and legs that start blood clots and Fluids that caused heart problems and I'm just trying to explain to get help to live in the whole thing that I have been in my phone and my PayPal and Meta accounts for years now and Google maps to be a good person for the rest of my life.
If you love your family please don’t send them here. Prepare for your loved ones to be left soiled for hours because the facility is understaffed. Feeding is rushed so if your loved one needs extra time with food assistance, they will sometimes go without. The facility is extremely dirty (roaches and rodents) and a blatant disregard for staff washing hands. There was a mouse squealing in a glue trap out in the open for everyone to see in the hallway and I was yelled at by staff for bringing attention to it. As my father was there for over 4 weeks, I cant say enough about the care, the compassion they displayed, my mom and I would like to thank ,Alexis,Aaron,Ericka,Kamiaha,Zoey, and Cynthia, and Deidra, We can't Forget William and Cheryl and many more that I can't forget that affected my father's life, they were above and beyond what anyone could expect !! The Rehabilitation Dept was awesome also, First class operation, Thank you to All!!!!!!
This place is a soul sucking black hole. It had a aura of dread and death I honestly felt some kind of evil from the beginning. I hope they bulldoze the place and never build it back.
Very unprofessional when it comes to checking out. Delays, time changes, excuses to keep you in there. Zero communication to families. We called several times no return calls. When they do call back they’re rude, disrespectful and avoid helping you. I would not recommend this facility to any family member.

Terrible, I arrived yesterday afternoon from the hospital for rehab at 4 PM. I was checked in and put in a room alone. I sat in there for close to two hours and didn’t see it so until I finally asked for a glass of water. I also asked for a walker or a wheelchair as a time since I had a fall, and I am unable to walk on my own. I was told it’s not available until therapy authorizes it today. The only method of utilizing the facilities would be a bedpan. I was invited to meet the Silletti was for rehab, as well as skilled patient care is obvious that that is not the case. My bedroom Neighbor kept me awake most of the night with her ravings. I am leaving as soon as I can and I am never coming back.
