Assisted Senior Services

I needed to find a safe and wonderful assisted living environment for my 89 year old relative. There is so much information to have to navigate that it can be overwhelming and extremely time consuming. It was my lucky day when I found Assisted Senior Living Services, and especially so when I found Shar Barron. She is a Godsend. Shar was so knowledgeable about every aspect of the process. She was with me every step of the way from researching facilities to accompanying me on visits to these places. Shar was with me right up through negotiating pricing and getting my loved one settled. She was immediately responsive to phone calls and texts. Shar made one of the most difficult transitions in a person's life as seamless and positive as possible with compassion and even a very much needed sense of humor. At the end of May i was dealing with four broken vertebrae and a much needed heart procedure. This ended up meaning that I had to navigate 2 and 1/2 months in different hospitals and rehab programs. I finally came home on August 7th. And I thank goodness for Rose Traub and her team. For the wealth of knowledge and experience that they all share. For their dedication. They were there for me and for my family and friends every step of the way. They were ready to help any way they could. I am eighty-six years old and I am home. And I"mfeeling better and more like my old self each and every day. I'm extremely happy someone recommended this group to me. Estelle was worked really hard and fast to find a place for my mom. It was a very fluid situation with things changing daily / hourly. She even took time on her vacation to speak to me. Ruth jumped in to help and even visited my mom at her rehab facility. Thank you.

Shar was such a help finding the perfect place for our mother. She reached out super quickly and made things happen. Found a wonderful place and made it happen so fast! Shar was a god send for us. I can't recommend her enough. This is such an emotional roller coaster and she made so much easier for us.
