Our Dad moved into Lexington Place about six months ago, and it has truly been such a blessing for our family. The transition from home to an assisted living facility can be an incredibly difficult time for a family, and the decision-making process is not always easy. However, from the moment Dad arrived, the team at Lexington Place helped reassure us that we made the right choice. The staff is incredibly friendly and caring—they’ve truly become like extended family and treat the residents with kindness and respect every day. The dining room serves fantastic food, and the full schedule of activities seven days a week keeps everyone engaged and connected. We don’t regret a single moment of our decision to choose Lexington Place, and it gives our family great peace knowing Dad is genuinely cared for and supported. From the first visit through move-in day, the staff at Lexington Place were patient, thorough, and genuinely kind. Every question got a real answer, and the personal attention they gave us made this big transition feel manageable. The facility is beautiful, but it's the people that set it apart - everyone we've met has been friendly and clearly happy to be there. The moment I took the tour and started my conversation with Lilli, Marketing Director, I knew I was making the right choice. Moving Mom to Lexington Place has been one of the best decisions I've made since we started the journey with her dementia. The property is outstanding but what makes it special are the people that manages the place and take care of its residents. Just a few weeks into being there, our experience with the Memory Care facility has been truly special. My Mom has received the professional, kind care and attention she was needing and deserve. The memory care staff have been extremely helpful with her transition into her new home. My expectations have been exceeded. After trying several other facilities, we found at Lexington Place a place I can trust with the care of my Mother.

Having to admit that my sister needed more care than we were able to provide was gut wrenching. It's the decision no family ever wants to make. Speaking with Lily at Lexington Place greatly eased our minds. She was very patient and thorough in answering all our questions and took us on repeated tours of the facility until we felt comfortable. The place was immaculate. I even asked to use the restroom and found no dirt in the corners of the floor! But what really sold us was the staff. Everyone we encountered had a smile on their face and many staff members have been employed since the facility opened which speaks volumes. My sister has now been a resident of memory care for six months. She is very strong-willed and was a bit of a trial for the staff at first, but with their patience and kindness she has made the adjustment nicely. She always led a very social life and Lexington Place provides her with the opportunity to engage in activities and make new friends. Memory Care has only 22 rooms, so she gets plenty of attention from the staff also. We visit every week and the staff is always very welcoming. My sister never asks us to take her with us when we leave, which is such comfort. She is safe, well-fed, and seems happy in her surroundings. She is where she needs to be and we could ask for nothing more.
