Ask about this communityNoble Gardens of Jacksonville is an assisted living community in Jacksonville, Florida. Listings describe 24-hour supervision and help with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing and transfers. They also identify non-ambulatory care and wheelchair accessibility, so the described support includes both personal-care tasks and mobility needs. Dementia care, a dementia waiver and support for mild cognitive impairment appear in service listings, but the profiles do not establish a separate memory-care offering. One listing reports capacity for 31 residents.
Medication management and a 24-hour call system are listed, and an emergency alert system appears among the amenities. Respite care is described as a program, including day-care respite. These entries identify medication oversight, systems for summoning help and temporary care options. The profiles do not explain alert response procedures or give respite schedules, visit lengths or other arrangements.
Care listings identify access to an in-house physician, podiatrist and psychiatrist, along with physical, occupational and speech therapists. An RN on call and companion services are also listed. The amenities information separately names physical therapist services and scheduled occupational therapy visits. English is the caregiver language identified in one listing. The profiles do not state how often providers visit or give a therapy timetable; the named services span medical, foot-care, behavioral-health and rehabilitation disciplines.
Furnished rooms and a telephone are listed as room amenities. The available descriptions do not establish a consistent room layout, so this overview does not specify studio, private or shared arrangements. Dining features include a dining room, all-day dining and restaurant-style service. One listing describes three cooked meals and snacks each day. Meal preparation and service are also listed, with allergy-sensitive meals, diabetes diets and other special dietary restrictions identified separately.
Housekeeping, laundry or dry-cleaning and move-in coordination are among the practical services named. Activities include daily programming, exercise, movie nights, resident-run activities and community-sponsored events, combining social and physical activities with resident-led options. Listed indoor spaces include an arts room, gym, recreation room and common areas. Outdoor amenities include walking paths, gardens and patios. Barber or salon service is listed, as are parking for residents and guests; one amenities listing indicates that some pets are allowed.
Nearby references include a Walgreens, West Jacksonville Baptist Church, Whataburger and Metro Diner. The church is listed about 2.3 miles away, while sources give differing estimates for the pharmacy’s distance. The profiles do not give distances for the other destinations or describe transportation arrangements.

This place I would not put my dog for the day staff hides and ignores residents in soiled clothing for hours while staff plays red hot chili peppers so loud and not one employee to be found rude staff when you do find one very neglected residents there dirty disgusting and abusive
Terrible Place. Visited a friend on a Sunday. No sign-in or security of any kind. 3 residents were sitting outside (crappy chairs on a cement pad) --- they needed attention. 1 was barefoot w/ horrible swollen, dirty feet. 1 couldn't get back into the building. Saw 1 person working there, even though I was there for 1 hour.
Communication has always been a major problem with both facilities. I’m going to continue all night long until someone answers the phone phone.

You won't be disappointed!
Hardworking staff and extremely welcoming environment! It’s easy to tell that everyone there enjoys what they’re doing and truly care for the residents. I’ve had troubles finding a home for my uncle to stay but this is one facility where i never have to worry about my him with the many activities to keep the residents busy and attentive caregivers, I am positive that he is in great hands! Ten out of ten would definitely recommend sending your loved ones to Noble!
