Majestic Oaks

Went there this morning that Lucia to talk about a transfer. She was rude to me said she didn’t get a referral was cold. Then when she got me into the room, she kept asking all these questions. Don’t mistake this for a long-term care facility blah blah blah unbelievably unprofessional. I won’t go back there in no matter what and it’s very disappointing presumptuous and rude. Beware. Administrator called and pretended to care that the interaction described above was unacceptable. When questioned, he revealed the reason he called was because he received an email from corporate about this review. He then got testy and started an interrogation. Obviously trying to protect his pal Lucia combined with pathetic explanation. He did not address the unprofessional behavior of his colleague other than to say it was unacceptable how she treated a potential patient. Just checking the box and move on to the next victim. Unbelievable that the only reason he called was because of this review that management flagged and not because of the conduct of his pal, Lucia.

These people are rude and unprofessional.

Words can not express my gratitude for Majestic Oaks and John Knox Village of Central Florida. The care my mother receives is exceptional!! I was is a desperate situation and didn't know where to turn and ended up at the John Knox Marketing center. A very kind lady listened to my whole story and told me God "brought me to that place for a reason" and she would see what could be done....well God sure provided and my mother was admitted to their rehab and eventually became a permanent resident. My mother has some difficulties and all of the staff has come together to help her with such kindness and dedication. This place is clean and beautiful. The staff is always very professional, caring, attentive. I love that they have family meetings to make sure all needs are being met. Lovely facility!!

The place spotless smells clean a beautiful courtyard to sit around the nurse personnel was the best caring attentive to your needs PT also they come and get you at room Twice a day for PT Food ok they give you a menu with choices if you want more they bring you more I was in Majestic Oaks for two months received nothing but the best service

The staff was amazing. Everyone cared for my Papa like he was their own. They were very caring and kind. They answered all of our questions and never left my Papa’s call light on for long. He liked the food and accommodations too. They had a menu of choices and took in special consideration for his needs. The room and building was very clean, smelled good, was well-lit, etc.
