My mother lives at Sancerre and the staff is good, nice accommodations. Cons are the food, needs more healthy choices, entrees are bland, lacking in flavor. No covered parking and the parking spots near the door are always taken
Sancerre has been a wonderful home for my grandfather. The staff is kind, attentive, and truly cares about the residents. The facility is always clean and comfortable, and he enjoys the activities and friendly atmosphere. Communication with our family is great, and we feel at ease knowing he’s safe and well cared for. Highly recommend!

This is such a clean and well kept facility very professional and kind staff I would recommend this place to anyone looking for assisted living for there loved ones this place cares and their health and wellness director was awesome very caring believe her name was neena . Upper management show that they really cared. Love it here. Whoever is running the place, has it in tiptop shape.
