Talked to Executive Director, it was turned around on me. Took no responsibility. I do not recommend Ansley Parke of Orange City The sales process created expectations that were not met after I moved in. During my stay, I have witnessed residents being spoken to harshly or yelled at for forgetting things, even though memory loss is common in assisted living. I was publicly reprimanded in the dining room for asking a simple question about the menu. When I raised concerns, I felt they were dismissed or turned back on me. Talked to Executive Director, it was turned around on me. Took no responsibility. I do not recommend Ansley Parke of Orange City The sales process created expectations that were not met after I moved in. During my stay, I have witnessed residents being spoken to harshly or yelled at for forgetting things, even though memory loss is common in assisted living. I was publicly reprimanded in the dining room for asking a simple question about the menu. When I raised concerns, I felt they were dismissed or turned back on me. Despite explaining that I have vision limitations during the sales pitch, paperwork was repeatedly placed in front of me to sign or review without meaningful assistance. A disagreement with management ended with me being told I had 45 days to leave. Later, when I decided to leave that statement was denied, yet I was still expected to pay after I move out. The dining room also has an ongoing fly problem, with flies around residents and their food. Not pet friendly. Residents deserve patience, dignity, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
I can’t say enough good things about Shaunta Williams at Ansley Parke. She was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive while helping me transition, my mom into assisted living. Shaunta went above and beyond to make sure my mom felt safe and comfortable every step of the way, and she answered all of my questions with care and understanding. She truly made a stressful situation so much easier in such a short amount of time. Her kindness and professionalism made all the difference, and I’m beyond grateful for her compassion and guidance.

I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Ms. S Williams (5 stars!), Family Advisor at Ansley Parke Orange City, for her invaluable guidance regarding Independent Living for my sister. Her attention to detail, compassion, and responsiveness to my sister’s specific needs have tremendously relieved the anxieties associated with such a move. The entire facility is clean, bright, and welcoming—from the front desk to housekeeping and the wonderful Aides. Inside and out, Ansley Parke is a safe, affordable, and warm solution for our family. Best place ever for my mom …. She’s loves it and staff is amazing
This place is a very nice place. However, the facility is severely understaffed. They have nurses doing server positions. They cannot keep a Server service quit left and right so many horror stories. I’ve heard about this place and it’s only got worse management here not the best could be better overall this place could use Some work nurses should not have to be doing servers positions because they cannot keep servers. They pay underwhelming for all the work that they’re asking to do is crazy to me. Resident ended up having their food An hour later, my parents end up complaining to me about the food quality and I’m deep Overall, this place is really understaffed and could use better management
My mom was just moved into Ansley Parke. The staff has been great- Christina the Director of Health and Wellness has been great to deal with and very transparent on care needs. The admission process working with Carol and Shaunta was easy and informative for us as first timers bringing a parent into this situation. Everyone we have interfaced with has been very kind and compassionate!
