Thankful to the staff who took care of my mom today coming back from her appointment. She had a rough appointment outside of the facility and by the time she got back, she had lost all patients. The nurse / nursing staff and even the kitchen staff helped to get her Situated.
Very clean and organized atmosphere. Rooms were very clean, beds made neately.My friend I visited, was clean and all the other residents were talking to us. That warms my heart ❤️ Staff were very friendly also.

I'm glad we decided to leave my mother at this facility. The staff has been great, even with all my questions. My mother, when she's aware, says she likes all her new friends & it seems that she has a boyfriend now (she's 91). She's sad that she can't get around anymore and enjoys getting out of her room. Amazingly she hasn't once complained about the food.
I went in for some information about the facility, financials and things like that. I have a great experience the person that I spoke to was very informative. I was able to see some of the residents and everyone looks happy. The place was very clean no foul smells I was very pleased.
As aways I had a great day at Life Care Center of Altamonte Springs I needed help today and the nurse and the cna was very courteous and helpful
I was hospitalized for more than three months, and what I can say is: 1. Physiotherapy: The physiotherapy staff is extremely competent and professional, especially Sherri Turner, who was extremely dedicated to solving my problems. I can say she got me back on my feet with her persistence and dedication… Simply wonderful. 2. Food: Poor quality and does not convey cleanliness. 3. Nurses and assistants: Good professionals, but there is a high turnover of nurses, which ultimately causes problems. 4. Environment: Extremely noisy during the early hours of the morning, with people shouting, televisions at high volume, and doors left open. Cleaning of the hallways at 11:00 pm… INEXPLICABLE.
Wonderful people to work with! Corinne was the most amazing help. I know that my mom will be so happy there!
