Michael (North Star Advisors) has provided exceptional service and advice during our transition from a 5 bedroom home to an independent living, 2 bedroom, facility. He always had a suggestion for solving an issue that would come up. We were “babes in the woods” in this world of “right sizing” and Michael knew the way forward.

Michael Quinones and North Star Senior Advisors were a tremendous help when evaluating assisted living facilities for my parents. Once they understood our needs, they provided a short list of facilities in the Orlando area, including things like care services, amenities/floor plans, availability and pricing. We selected 4 facilities for site visits, and Michael arranged everything. He joined us on our tours and even helped make sure we asked all the right questions. There was no pressure (from anyone), and even after selecting a facility, Michael has been available to help if we have questions. Our situation had real constraints: insurance limitations. The need to stay close to home so family can visit often. Access to outdoor space because our mom loves being outside. And most importantly, a team that approaches care with genuine compassion. With Northstar’s help, we found a community that truly fits. Our mom is still settling in, and this transition is not easy. But we feel confident in where she is and the care she’s receiving. That peace of mind is everything.
