3.7 · 21 reviewsThis is an unkempt building that needs a makeover. The building smells and the apartments also have a terrible smell. The hang bells in case you need assistance don’t work. The rent increases yearly when you’re served population are senior citizens on a fixed income.

I believe the most important part of anywhere you live is the staff from the manager to maintenance and everyone in between. Everyone’s been very kind to me including the residents..They’re all really wonderful people.. I am very pleased with my apartment. And I highly recommend Hugh Ash Manor to anyone 62 or older seeking a pleasant community to live in. Being on a Fixed income myself, I find the rent very affordable. I really don’t understand how anyone can give a review here any less than five stars. Every apartment complex has little problems here and there, but at Hugh Ash Manor, we are…

I believe the most important part of anywhere you live is the staff from the manager to maintenance and everyone in between. And I highly recommend Hugh Ash Manor to anyone 62 or older seeking a pleasant community to live in. Being on a Fixed income myself, I find the rent very affordable. Every apartment complex has little problems here and there, but at Hugh Ash Manor, we are lucky to have an angel here who takes care of everything and his name is even Angel 😇 Thank you, Leslie, Angel, Angela, Marianne and everyone else on the staff For going above and beyond my expectations and making me feel welcome. I have a new Permanent home. ❤️❤️

Great activities for residents
Hugh Ash Manor was clean. The receptionist and the other staff were both very helpful and friendly. The apartment that my friend is going to move into is a big one-bedroom. It has a small kitchen, two big closets, a living room and a bathroom. Somebody just moved out, so they have to go in and do some painting and cleaning. The apartment is going to be on the fifth floor, so they have elevators. They have a nice place outside to sit with benches and stuff. They have a community room with a TV and stuff in there. They don't have a swimming pool, but I like the place.
My sis lives here, nice place friendly and homey
They mislead you from the start that you will have very low rent because they are hud. My rent wS 729.00 and I signed a lease but after 7 months went up to 802.00. These people are on fixed income the girl that handles apartments doesn't always lead you the tight way.the roaches and mold keep you from sleeping.
The people who run this place are the nicest! They really care about the residents and treat them like their own family. My mother stayed there for a few months. The place is clean and cute and everyone looks nice. You can tell they really enjoy living here!
