Heritage Springs is a 55-and-over, gated, deed-restricted community in Trinity, Florida, spread across 875 acres and containing 1,337 homes. Residential options include attached villas, detached villas and larger estate homes. Ponds, conservation areas, a golf course and wildlife are part of the setting, while tree-lined streets and maintained grounds shape the neighborhood. Homeowners are equity members of the Heritage Springs Community Association and share use of its amenities. The community identifies access to Tampa and Tampa International Airport as a location feature.
The 20,600-square-foot clubhouse is used for association meetings, planned entertainment and activities. A concierge desk provides member assistance, and a lifestyle director coordinates social activities and events. PGA professionals offer golf lessons and instruction, while a manned gatehouse provides access control around the clock. The golf course is a private facility with play limited to members. Course details list a par of 71 and a length of 6,112 yards, with multiple tee choices; published tee options range from about 3,900 to 6,024 yards.
