Harbour Isle

Coach homes in Mangrove Walk and Edgewater Walk were described in one-, two- and three-story configurations, with interior areas ranging from 1,621 to 2,960 square feet under air. Each includes a two-car garage, and second-story homes have a private elevator. Minto reported the coach homes as LEED-certified. The builder described the certification as covering energy and water efficiency, indoor air quality, and sustainable use of materials and land. Each of the two enclaves also has a recreational center with a pool, private cabanas, an outdoor kitchen and dining area, a fire pit and a kayak launch.

Marina Walk was introduced as the community’s third neighborhood. Its one-story resort homes were described in two- and three-bedroom, two- and three-bathroom layouts, with areas from 1,483 to 1,650 square feet under air. Floor plans include a main bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, a kitchen with serving and seating islands, open living and dining areas, and a screened lanai. Homes were described as having views of Anna Maria Sound or the community lagoon. The Nautical Series included the Mariner, Nautica and Oceana plans, as well as a Mariner Penthouse. Plans for the neighborhood also included a private pool, shade pavilion, splash zone, recreation area and tot lot.

The two-story Beach Club sits directly on Anna Maria Sound and was described as having 23,000 square feet of space. Its listed facilities include a sandy beach recreation area with a kayak and paddleboard launch, a 4,200-square-foot fitness center, a Cabana Bar, a resort-style pool, a Jacuzzi and private lounging cabanas. The pool was described as having a gradual step-down entry. Outdoor spaces include a yoga lawn and an event lawn. A marina with wet and dry boat storage, restaurants and shops was identified as planned for Harbour Isle; the available descriptions do not establish its current status.
