Transitioning to an assisted living facility (from a fully independent lifestyle) was extremely difficult. But it was made more comfortable because of the staff, the care, cleanliness, meals, and residents. My husband and i looked at a number of places before seeing Hampton Manor of Punta Gorda, but knew we found the right spot the minute we walked in the door. Although I want to keep this gem to myself, I would recommend taking a tour after you’ve checked other places. That is, if you’re looking for a place to call home.
We moved my cousin, Casey, into Hampton Manor 1 year ago, Oct 2024. He quickly began to socialize with the residents and the staff!! Assisted Living services was where he began, and then he graduated to Independent Living. Our family appreciates the staff and the residents for welcoming Casey and always treating him and us with courteous & respect. Everyone knew Casey! He loved several things about Hampton Manner. He loved the movie theater, pet therapy with Rosie, Gibbs & Ducky, meal times were always a good time for him, along with worship and so many other activities! The staff & residents…

Love just about everyone we encounter at this facility . Small enough they know the family and work with us very well I recommend you have physicians or nurse practitioner lined up so you don’t have to agree to a corporate physician group . It’s just our preference based on previous experience. We are happy with this facility after a month . Time will tell but we are hopeful .
So far my dealings with Hampton Manor Punta Gorda have been great. They've been very helpful. They're clean. They take care of my mother. The food that I have tasted, it has been very good and my mother seems very happy with it and the room size is adequate. There's no problem with space.
Best community ever! I come here and love how attentive they are to their residents. They have the best sales lady ever! I believe her name is Grazie!!
The decision to place mom In ALF, was difficult. Lots of stress and tears. I did a ton of research, toured and interviewed 8 different ALF's. I knew it was the one the minute I walked in. The entire staff is kind and sweet, when I'm there and more importantly when I'm not. Mom Is thriving! Eating 3 meals, tons of activities,made friends. I feel blessed to have found this place. Worth every sent!
