As a home health therapist, I have a great deal of experience with assisted living facilities and if I am ever in need of an ALF for a family member, I will choose Brookdale PGI. I have seen how the residents are cared for when their blood family is not around.
Brookdale is an outstanding facility — the staff genuinely care for residents, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the home is attractively decorated with a full schedule of engaging activities.
Brookdale is a uniquely beautiful experience. As a home health RN, you can immediately appreciate the difference the moment you walk in. Everyone is pleasant. Each resident looks well cared for and the staff is polite and friendly. Misty in particular was very helpful when I first started making visits to see patients at this facility.

We moved my mother from OH in December 2024. I was concerned that she would not be happy and I was pleasantly surprised. She’s made friends, participates in the activities and is treated like a queen by the staff. It’s a smaller community so the caregivers quickly learn the residents routines. The nursing staff is wonderful. I would love to name everyone but afraid I would inadvertently forget someone. If you are looking for an assisted living facility you need to look no further. My experience at Brookdale was nothing less than satisfactory!! The building was organized and put together inside and out giving it a very welcoming atmosphere. One of the very wonderful workers there, Misty was such a calming person and just brought so much light and positive energy to the place.
This is the best put together facility I have been to. The place is overall so clean compared to a few other ALF locations and the staff is just wonderful. When talking about staff Misty is just an angel!! She is so polite and you can tell she actually cares about the residents and her job over anything else.
Choosing an assisted living facility is never easy, but this community exceeds expectations in every way. The staff is compassionate, responsive, and treats the residents with dignity and respect. They truly take the time to get to know each resident as an individual. I would highly recommend this community for your loved one.
