Arriving at the Grove facility I was very impressed when visiting my brother. He had been cleaned and looked content. The aide Nelson came into the room and it was evident he cared for my brother in the way he interacted with him! Excellent aide! He was attentive also to the needs of the othe patient. My brother was also impressed. During the visit a nurse came into and updated us on his progress and what he is allowed to drink. Before we left my brother needed to be changed and Nelson and another side came quickly to change him. His wife was also with us and stated the care has been very…

Arriving at the Grove facility I was very impressed when visiting my brother. He had been cleaned and looked content. So inviting and welcoming from Kim at the front entrance to the entire care team, activities are so creative and inclusive and the cleaning crew too. Not surprised that The Grove is an award winner 🏆 please clone your well run process and services to all the other nursing centers across the country 🤗 Truly amazing 🤩 thank you for all your hard working team. I leave knowing that my client is in great care.

The communication here is absolutely horrible!!! They leave your loved one with a fever in a diaper and no help at all there are only 3 people that are good Kevin Stephanie are top two who I wish they could keep with dad all the time. I work in health care and if my team were to treat patients this way they would be out the door! Please work on getting people who speak and understand English and don't hurt the patients would be a great start dad has had many bed sores infections cant wait to get him out of this place

It has been the best experience I have had with a rehab. The nurses and Kevin who always comes in and helps my mom with whatever she needs, it's just unbelievable how caring Heidi and Carly the floor nurses are.. physical therapy is the best. If you could of seen my mom when she came here she hardly move open her eyes,talk or anything else. Now her eyes are open she talks and goes to physical therapy I could go on and on. I want to thank everyone at Grove very much. Even if I didn't mention your name you are still very much appreciated. Colleen/Maggie

So far I’m impressed. Very caring and attentive staff. The decor is a bit bland but they are in the process of renovating and updating.

The Best! Staff are caring. Spent awhile there today and everyone is genuinely interested in my daughter. I have not met anyone who acts like they don’t care. I especially like it when I meet staff that have made a connection with her. Thank you all!

My wife and I have been at the Grove several times to visit our friend. The staff is not only very attentive to to the patients, but to us as well. It's a very welcoming environment.

The staff at the Grove is amazing! From all the ladies at the front desk, behind the front desk, everybody I have spoken to has been super helpful and kind. Looks like it gets pretty busy around there at times and I think they all deserve a nice free meal or a night on the town, especially a raise! I can't say enough about the Grove and it's staff. If I am ever in the position to be in a place, in that situation I want to be a patient at the Grove specifically. Thank you all and it makes me look forward to getting old!
