Fantastic 55+ community !!! Excellent quality construction. Incredible amenities and beautifully maintained grounds. Been to a number of 55+ communities and this beats them all by far ….. and so close to crystal river. if you go to check it out ask for Brian Morrison. Very knowledgeable, very Professional and extremely personable. 5 stars for the community and 10 stars :-) for Brian.

Great place to live.
I’m not impressed with the quality of the Builder here. I’ve visited my friends and reviewed the quality of their home and found it lacking. Pocket doors misaligned, shingles broken on day one, terrible paint jobs, and the list goes on. Out of 10 neighbor’s with new build, maybe one has something positive to say about their experience. The management’s response; “if you don’t like it, move somewhere else”! Yeah; are YOU going to buy my house for what I have in it?
Went here to walk dogs for a Doctor who I love dearly. The community is so safe and friendly. Everything is well taken care of here. You clean up after your animals and it’s quiet.
I have gone through the process of Design and Purchase, Build and warranty support and can say that without a doubt, its some of the worse experiences I've ever had. Of course the sales and design process is very customer focus BUT once they get you locked in and have your monies; the word NO is heard more often that not. I was shocked having built in 12 different states that they are so restrictive. In addition, their markups are ridiculous. Example is a garage door opener / digital keypad that they charge you hundreds for (I'm talking about the transmitter that is attached outside the door) costs less than $20 on Amazon. THE EXACT SAME MODEL. Add insult to injury; they couldn't even install and program it correctly and I and I had to do it. Same goes for their subs that deal with roofs, paint, electrical, plumbing and other services. They (some of the subs) admitted that they are only selected if they are "lowest bid" and therefore they do it fast and cheap; quality is not pat of the equation! I would NOT recommend these builders.
This specifically goes to the warranty department. The service level is not about providing support, it’s about providing excuses. They take NO accountability for work that is clearly warranty in nature. In addition, they interrogate you as if you are lying. On the building side; if you have a good building supervisor; you’re good. If you don’t, you had better be there every day to check on their work. Like many contractors, they always select the “lowest bid”’and take the lowest level of the code they can get away with. Disappointed with both the build quality and after build warranty service. I’ve had 5 houses built for me, therefore I know of what I speak. I would NOT recommend them.
