The Summit has a washer and dryer in each apartment. Heated pool and hot tub. Transportation for shopping doctors and trips. The activities here are wonderful. Many different activities. It is a special place to me. This is a great community of wonderful friends. The community has full-time food and three meals with very tempting variety of food. Come and visit and take a look at my beautiful home.
I love it here. Everybody is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious and plentiful. I’ve only lived here a few months and am happy here. Housekeeping is excellent. Maintenance is always available. The games are fun and the people in the life enrichment make everyone comfortable. My friends are always welcome. You get what you pay for. There is transportation available for personal appointments. It’s quiet and homey. I feel totally comfortable.

I have lived at the summit of citrus hills for four years. I feel very safe and well and cared for. Many activities are available of interest. Excellent culinary staff and no complaints about the food. Friendly atmosphere and made many friends.
I am a resident here for the last 2 years. The people here are amazing we are always laughing and smiling. The community is first class. We have a wonderful workout room with first class equipment with an excellent fitness director. We have a pool and at least 11 different options to do during the day. There are three dining rooms and the food is pretty good. The housekeeping is well done. I personally could not be happier.
I have been in this community for seven years. To date, my time in this community has been excellent and comfortable. With regard to culinary and dining, I would say that it is good to excellent. Food presentation and service on a daily basis is of a commendable nature. Overall management is well staffed and uses the latest digital and conventional programs in communicating with the residents. Although housekeeping does have staffing issues, they continue to provide excellent and outstanding cleaning and maintenance of our common areas, inside and out. In summary, the Life Enrichment, fitness, clinical, maintenance, sales & business provide efficient and outstanding services for residents. I am most appreciative of this community for providing me with a comfortable, safe and secure retirement home.
Prior to selling my home, I visited several independent living facilities in Citrus County and upon visiting The Summit of Citrus Hills, I knew that this was the community I would choose. I was very much impressed by the number of amenities that were available to the residents. I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the community. I have met many wonderful residents that I now consider "friends of mine". I appreciate the friendliness of the staff from the front desk receptionists to the individuals who clean my apartment. I would highly recommend The Summit of Citrus Hills to those looking for a place in Citrus County. Sincerely, George M
