3.5 · 14 reviewsI am a former resident and I wouldn’t recommend this facility to anyone, the owners and administrators are very unprofessional and rude. I was verbally abused for 4 months and nothing was ever done about it. There are roaches and bedbugs, AHCA has 4 open cases, the Ombudsman filed a complaint, and Adult Protective Services has an open case.
If you want your elderly significant mother, father, uncle, aunt, or any one of significance to fight for their life in a facility, this is perfect for you. Roaches crawling everywhere, just dirt everywhere, Ive made it clear about my uncles room upkeep and nothing has changed. They just want to collect a check and not do the work to take care of him. This is his last few years on earth and they want him to feel miserable before he leaves this place. I tried contacting the administrator on numerous occasion and I got no response. It reeks of sour mops, urine, and depression here. The food…

If you want your elderly significant mother, father, uncle, aunt, or any one of significance to fight for their life in a facility, this is perfect for you. Roaches crawling everywhere, just dirt everywhere, Ive made it clear about my uncles room upkeep and nothing has changed. They just want to collect a check and not do the work to take care of him. This is his last few years on earth and they want him to feel miserable before he leaves this place. I tried contacting the administrator on numerous occasion and I got no response. It reeks of sour mops, urine, and depression here. The food quality is something you feed to pigs or wild animals. This needs to be resolved ASAP. My next step is contacting OSHA if this doesn't get resolved.

My mom is at Spring Hills Assisted Living Facility. I like that the staff members are approachable. The food is very tasty, like homey comfort food. The community is small and homelike, so it's familiar to my mom. It's a manageable size. They have a screened-in patio or porch off the back. They don't have too many extra amenities, but they have activities like arts and crafts. Also, its location is what made us choose this community.
The tour at Spring Hills Assisted Living Facility was all right. It was an average place. The rooms were very large. They were shared rooms, and they were very large. The only thing I saw for amenities was the public gathering room, the courtyard, and the dining room. The CNA that showed us around was good. Some of the residents were eating their lunch and some were just sitting.
I tried asking a simple question on the phone, got yelled at, and hung up on. Not sure why it made her so angry but I guess you never know😑
Our family had an in person tour and unfortunately it was just not really what we were looking for - it did not have the openness airy feel to it, and it was surrounded by a super nice outdoor area. The physical building we understand they can't do anything about, but overall the rooms were very nice and it was clean and it was financially the most affordable community we had looked at.
My mother has been living there for almost a year now, and I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the Director and his staff. It is a clean, safe, and friendly facility.
