My mom has been at Somerset House for one month, and our family could not be more grateful for the care she receives. From the very first day, our initial impression of the facility was wonderful. Gretchen, Linda, and Nurse Tracy were our first points of contact, and they immediately put our hearts at ease. Over the course of the month, we have come to know Nurse Tracy and Nurse Lynn even better, and both are truly lovely, attentive, and caring. We have also come to know the caregivers, all of whom show compassion, patience, and genuine concern for Mom’s comfort and dignity. Every administrator, nurse, caregiver, cleaner, launderer, meal‑prep team member, and chef has played a part in relieving my heart and bringing our family comfort. The first couple of weeks were the hardest for me, as I had always been “the one” making sure Mom was cared for. But Somerset House has shown me, day after day, that she is in the safest and very best place she can be. For those you love, this is never an easy decision, but I am thankful to God every day that we found Mom’s safe place at Somerset House.
Can't say enough about the level of care provided to my Dad during a very difficult time. Everyone was genuine, sincere and focused on making sure he was taken care of. This depth of quality and care extended through the clinical (nurses and aides), dining, cleaning and administrative staff. We visited and saw a lot of places and nothing came close to Somerset House.
My husband received great care, comfort and support throughout his stay at Somerset House with all of the staff. I would recommend this assisted facility.

Angela, Gabby and every single person on staff at Somerset House have been absolutely fabulous in exceeding all my expectations for assisted living! This is the only place for the utmost care in Vero Beach!
Just want to thank Ronda Hamilton and all of the staff at Somerset House at Oak Harbor in Vero Beach for their professionalism, kindness and for making this difficult transition so easy and pleasurable. I did not expect to be impressed but the staff has gone above and beyond to make this a positive move. I can highly recommend Somerset House for a safe, positive experience.

So grateful for how kind and attentive staff was the minute I walked in. Good cleanliness and during the holidays I love how intentional they are with activities and outings and making it such a festive place. The floor staff is so intentional and loving towards the residents and the food has been super yummy. Beyond grateful for somerset house and all that they are doing within the community!!
I did some work at Somerset House and was really impressed of how clean the building is. The staff is very courteous and the maintenance guy Victor was a pleasure to work with.
