My dad had a broken hip for over a week. I was out of town and sent in a mobile X-ray when it was found. Not impressed at all with this place.

CERTUS of Vero Beach is a very well planned out and beautiful place to be. I took my mother there to do a tour and we both loved it. My mother has dementia and CERTUS specializes in caring for people like my mom. I felt welcomed and they made my mom feel at home. I also won a 85 in TV in a raffle there and I still can't believe that I won it . Thank you CERTUS of Vero Beach for all that you do for your residents and the community.

CERTUS offers a new concept in dementia care in Vero Beach. It caters specifically to residents in memory care. All the staff are specially trained and equipped to care for your loved one with all forms of dementia. The location is perfect…very close to the hospital, if needed. My father arrived in November 2024 and I visit 4-5 times per week. His transition has been remarkable, thanks to a very caring staff. Activities: Under the leadership of Stephanie, her energetic team (Christine & Leslie) together lead the residents in scheduled daily activities from morning to late afternoon. All residents are encouraged to participate in song, games, weekly LIVE entertainment, spiritual gatherings, resident meetings, etc. Each month they host themed parties with a delectable lunch buffet. All the activities stimulate social, mental and physical well-being. Dining: For a picky eater, my father often tells me how good the food is. Yes, the soups are very tasty! Snacks twice a day and dessert daily. CERTUS App: I appreciate the daily activity participation entries I monitor thru the app in addition to resident photos of their smiling faces! Also provides an easy way to communicate with the Activities Director. Cleanliness: The facility and grounds are impressively clean. There is never an offensive odor and the common areas are very well kept. The office staff are very professional and caring. The executive director went out of her way to assist in a late evening re-entry debacle for my father. Inbound & outbound security is paramount and I never have to worry about Dad’s safety. CERTUS is the BEST memory care facility in Vero Beach bar none. It is a loving family of care staff who work well together to provide the best care for your loved one. We are so blessed knowing Dad is happy and well-cared for.
