Grand Palms Assisted Living & Memory Care

We are very pleased with Grand Palms ALF/Memory Care. It is always clean and well kept. The residents are fed well and the nurses and CNAs are very caring and attentive with the residents. Maria Gonzalez, the ALF Manager, has been responsive to our questions and needs and our aunt seems happy since she has been a resident there.

Grand Palms is a warm and friendly environment. Jimmie the Head chef makes magnificent meals for the resident to enjoy, Maria the manager strives on providing excellent service to the residents and employees in the community. Greg the administrator promotes a healthy work environment and work life balance. The management team support their team and provide ways to grow within the company.

The elderly deserve better and you know it!

This place is under staff, I would never recommend it for my worst enemy to work or live. The DON is unnecessarily rude, nasty, and will lie on you in a heartbeat.
