I give them no stars! They’re unprofessional and unaccommodating to the families. She prevented us from visiting our grandma there and refuses to give updates on her over the telephone. The management has no manners and lack basic empathy for the residents and their families. I find no comfort in knowing any elder is at this facility!
Please do not place your loved ones in this facility. My brother and I drove miles up from Miami to visit our elderly mom who has Alzheimer’s and dementia. The owner cracked the door and slammed it within seconds. If you’re a legitimate business, why wouldn’t you have an open door policy for family members to visit their loved one!! The administrator is rude and very unprofessional. If you have any compassion or love for your family member, do not place them here.
